Damien has been obsessed with computers since 1998 — back when dial-up tones, floppy disks, and beige desktops filled every home. What started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong career built on curiosity, precision, and a problem-solver’s mindset.

He went on to earn multiple degrees in Computer Science and built a career that took him into some of the most demanding technical environments in the world — including roles at Boeing, where accuracy and reliability aren’t optional.

Damien also served as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot, flying tactical missions and working in tac ops. That experience shaped everything about how he leads today: calm under pressure, mission-focused, and committed to doing things right the first time.

Today, Damien oversees Arsenal Dev’s entire operation — the systems, quality standards, training, cybersecurity protocols, and client experience.
