Damien Anderson – Founder & Lead Engineer
A lot of IT companies talk about experience. Few can point to experience where technology literally had to work — no excuses, no downtime, no second chances.
That’s the background Damien Anderson brings to Arsenal Dev.
U.S. Army helicopter pilot with real-world mission-critical experience
Served as the IT specialist for his military unit while on active duty
Responsible for securing and maintaining classified military networks
Returned to Afghanistan as a private contractor, flying helicopters and acting as the IT lead for multiple units
Designed, secured, and maintained sensitive networks and computers in high-risk, high-pressure environments

Jennifer Anderson – Strategy & Client Experience
Jennifer brings a strong business and marketing background to Arsenal Dev, focused on helping clients make smart, practical technology decisions. She studied marketing in college and has built her career around understanding how businesses grow, operate, and communicate effectively. Jennifer is 10X Certified through Grant Cardone’s sales and business training programs, giving her a deep foundation in strategy, leadership, and client-focused thinking.
Her professional experience includes working in manufacturing environments, improving processes, and helping manage and scale multimillion-dollar companies. She understands operations from the inside — how teams function, how systems need to work together, and how technology decisions impact real revenue and efficiency. Rather than focusing on the technical details, Jennifer focuses on the business outcomes, making sure Arsenal Dev clients understand their options in plain, practical terms.
At Arsenal Dev, Jennifer’s role is to bridge the gap between complex technology and everyday business needs. She works closely with clients to ensure clear communication, smooth onboarding, and a stress-free experience.
