• Form Data: All load-calculation entries you make via the digital form remain on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or retain any form data on our servers.

3. How the App Works

• All calculations and data entry occur entirely on your device.

• No background network connections are initiated by the App except when you explicitly tap “Send Report” to email a completed form. In that case, the email is sent directly from your device’s native mail client to the Forest Service manager (or other recipient you choose), and no copy is retained by us.

4. Third-Party Services

• We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external libraries that collect user data.

• The App uses only standard email functionality built into your device; we do not act as an intermediary or gateway for email transmission.

5. Data Security

• Since we do not collect or transmit your data, there is no user data at risk on our servers.

• All your form entries and calculation results remain stored locally in the App’s sandbox on your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

• Our App is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal information, no child data is stored or processed.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in applicable law or App functionality. If material changes occur, we will post the revised policy with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
