Damien is a U.S. Army veteran with deep expertise in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and large-scale infrastructure projects—including Boeing’s 5,000-user computer upgrade. Jennifer oversees operations, service quality, and the client experience. They’re committed to raising the bar for what local tech support should be.
